Custom Storage SolutionsHoosier Home Systems can also design and install custom storage solutions for you.
We build storage solutions ranging from bin storage to workbenches. These bin or tote storage systems can range from 15gallon containers to 27gallon containers. If you need 2 wide by 4 tall or 2 tall by 6 wide, or anything in between we can handle it.
We can also source and install custom storage solutions for your basement, garage, or other needs. Say you want to rearrange your garage and are not sure where to start we can help. Do you want to hang your bikes on the wall or add a storage loft that hangs above your garage door, we can handle that too.

This is maintenance that should be done annually and is regularly ignored by many homeowners. If not dealt with buildup in your dryer vents can cause fires in the system. Over 13,000 fires occur annually due to unclean systems.
Our Dryer Vent Cleaning will go through your dryer ventilation system and remove all debris in your ducting, from the dryer itself to the outside of the home. Inspection of the dryer itself is included. This service takes from 60-120 minutes depending on the location of the vent and how long the vent is.

Air Conditioner Condenser Cleaning
This service we will clean the exterior air conditioner condenser unit. Did you know that a layer of dirt that is only 0.042 inches thick will reduce efficiency by up to 21%? This will add significant power costs to cooling your home and put added strain on your air conditioning components.
This service will take from 30-45minutes depending on the amount of buildup found around the space.

Remove unwanted dirt and debris from your home, sidewalk, driveway, fence, or any other surface around your home.
We can power wash nearly any surface.
Based on a per ½ hour rate of $50.00.
Power Washing
Our water heater is the work horse of your plumbing system. If you want to continue have nice hot water for showers, dishes, and washing your hands you need to stay on top of its maintenance.
Scale can build up in the bottom of our water heater and effect efficiencies. An annual draining and flush will prevent excessive build-up.
We can service both tank and tankless water heaters. Electric or Gas powered.
